Catdog Season 1
I love this cartoon. I laughed with my boys just as hard as I did years ago. It premired in 1998 on Nick. It ran four seasons. Nothing like a cat and dog being conjoined twins. They have that great love/hate relationship. The opening is very catchy!
For me this show was sitting down in the afternoons with my sister and 2 brothers watching. It was memories created and still laugh about today.
Catdog has an all star cast. Cat is voiced by Jim Cummings (the super hero squad, reno 911). Dog is voiced by Tom Kenny (Spongebob Squarepants, Rocko’s Modern Life). Winslow is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui (Rocko’s Modern Life)
Cat is laid back and sophistocated. Dog is very much the jumping puppy and car chasing type dog. They do things that irritate each other but they are very much the best of friends. They are always facing off with the greaser dog next door Winslow. Catdog was created by Peter Hannan. While it ran four season on Nick, it did not go compeletly off air. They ran reruns on Nicktoons to 2011. I am so glad the Shout! Factory is putting this out on DVD. It’s msrp is $19.93. It runs about 300 minutes. It is worth every minute of giggles with your kids.
