Florida Marlins to Germany

The Florida Marlins came for a visit today. They were phenomenal with my boys. The lady in charge of everything hooked my boys up with shirts, hats and pins. She also introduced my boys to the presidents David Samson. He showed them the his championship ring which was huge!!!

I had the opportunity to spend about 25 minutes talking with John Buck. He is fantastic with my boys. He was genuinely interested in what Paul was doing and what he does for the Army. We also talked about Autism and how it affects my boys. He was pretty impressed with Blake’s knowledge of Baseball and being only 7.

Paul was excited to meet the Marlins. My kids were on over kill of excitement. They took forever to go to bed. It was really sweet seeing how the Marlins and the Mermaids interacted with the boys and all the kids there. They were even kind enough to sign and extra set for another soldier who was tied up. It was just a fantastic day!
