France
Paul and I went to France on the 5th with some friends of ours. We decided we were going to tour Strasbourg France. It is a beautiful old town with some new modern flares. We had a great time and plenty of laughs. We decided to take a river boat tour after we had lunch. That way we could see way more of the city.
Lunch was interesting the fact that my husband who spoke french in high school couldn’t now. So we were guessing. The lunch was like charades. Finally at the end when we were ready to pay. Someone spoke English. He was born and raised in France. When asked what the french word for Chicken was he just looked at us. Then the following spewed out of his mouth “You want chicken?” We replied no we just wanted to know and asked him again how to say it. His response “I don’t know” I was stunned silent. Born and raised in France. Spoke it fluently since I heard him taking orders. Still laughing a week later.
I put all the photos in a slide show so you can flick through them.

We also learned that if you are driving in France you need to have a breathalyzer test now. so ridiculous. They run about 2 euro for 2. We are loving traveling around Europe. From Frankfurt this is just about a two hour drive. So not bad at all.
