Monday week 13 or 1
I am not sure how our weeks are going so I am covering my behind. I writing this on Sunday. I am down a pound. I hope I didn’t gain it in stress of yesterdays events. I am doing so because I have a lot to do with the Red Carpet Event. Alot of research this week and well you can go to my other page. Let me just say if you have not read Dear John then you must go buy it.It is an awesome awesome book. I read it in a day and reread it in a day.
Now on to our weight slimming down stuff. A wise person informed that if I think of it as loss then I am setting myself up for anger and discourage when the scale doesn’t move. She set it up like if you lose your keys it gets you anxious and angry. When I stewed on that for a few days. She was right. So we are slimming down or melting the pounds away.
I was good about my goals this week.
I have implemented a menu that runs two weeks. Easy for me to plan two weeks for grocery shopping. There was a lady on the Charleston news who planed for the whole year. Crazy.
I am down to one soda a day. I am up to 64+ oz of water. So I balance that out. Also my husband as if I was pregnant with the amount I pee. Absolutely cannot happen.Guess he has been around more to notice. Blake informed him this is everyday.
My exercise was good. Had to move around my rest and work out day. I was down Friday with a migraine and not being able to keep anything down.
So this weeks goal.
